The Emerging News Products team is responsible for the design of The Washington Post's Podcasts. Together with Chris Meighan, Amy Cavenaile and JJ Alcantara, here are the podcasts presences we've put together so far:
With the new watch, we released a new version of the Washington Post app. A highly-visual approach to the news -- in a very small space.
Made some gifs out of various iStock illustrations for this story about how not to be a terrible diner.
Crafted these at my kitchen table with Miss Amy Cavenaile, Miss Rachel Orr and Mrs. Allison Stone Michaels on a very cold day in February. Lovely puns thanks to my BFFs Beth Fetzer & Adele Vergis AND the folks who joined the #valentines-puns slack room at The Post (plus a few thx to us). Cheers, guys.
I worked on the branding for The Post's newest Podcast: Presidential, with host Lily Cunningham. A new episode featuring a different president lands each week on Sunday, beginning January 10, leading up to the election.
I art directed and photographed the figurines. Emily Chow and Jake Crump built this landing page to feature the art I created. The backgrounds in the photos were made by Craig & Karl. The figurines of Washington through Nixon were toys made it the 60s. The remaining presidents were made by Patric Verrone. (The illustration at the top of the page also by Craig & Karl)
Worked with Luke Lucas on these zodiac signs. Horoscopes coming to tablets very very soon.
This is where it all started.
