I've been in media and journalism nearly 20 years, working across the Los Angeles Times, the Washington Post and the Arizona Republic. I'm now a senior leader focused on digital journalism, audience strategy and transforming teams to do their best work, a path that started when I came up as an art director and moved into leadership and content strategy. A through line in my career has been understanding that how a brand presents itself, visually and editorially, is inseparable from how it grows. I think about audience holistically, and that means caring as much about voice and identity as strategy and execution.

I grew up in Canton, Ohio, went to Ohio University and now live in Los Angeles.
